A passionate person with 14 years of experience in food industry. Having worked in most sectors of the food industry including bakery, chilled sauces, frozen and chilled fish and fish ready meals, chilled ready meals, food2go, chilled added value and sliced meat products.
I have gained experience in most retailers web based specifications. I have high regard for compliance with 100% right first time. I have proven track record in approving artwork and labelling legislation for the UK market. In past I have been HACCP team leader as well as internal auditor.
I have a can do attitude along with conscientious and meticulous approach to work. I enjoy being part of a team as well as working independently. I am equally comfortable facing the customer and on the factory floor.
